Exclusive: Life On The Sideline EP announcement, music video premiere

Since releasing Honesty Is A Dying Breed two years ago, Life On The Sideline has remained active on the road and is now ready to unveil its upcoming EP, Never Settle. To kick things off, we're premiering the music video for the band's new single, "Echo", which tells the sad story of a young girl reminiscing times spent with her deceased partner. While not a pop punk song per se, it's as catchy as one with an infectious chorus that you'll inevitably get stuck in your head. The band's sound could be compared to that of Transit's and The Early November's. Fans can pre-order the EP on iTunes and CD here, before it's released on June 7th. […]

Live The Story Announce Break-Up

Unfortunately, Live The Story recently broke up after deciding that it's their time to move on. The band will also be announcing its final show soon. Click the Read More… link to read the statement.

Hey everyone,

It's pains us to inform you all that Live The Story is breaking up. We had a meeting on Tuesday night and about halfway through, we just decided that we would part ways.

With that being said, we would like to say thank you to all of our fans, friends and anyone who we've meet along our journey who have helped us out and supported us in any way. Thank you to all the promoters, agents and bands who gave us a chance to pursue our dreams.

We set our sights high with this band and set a lot of short term, long term, big and small goals. We are truly fortunate enough that we were able to actually cross some of those off the list and that we got to do a lot pretty cool things! All of that aside, what matters most is that we inspired, got inspired, wrote music we are proud of and had a lot of fun doing it.

We will be playing SCENE Fest this Sunday in St Catharines, Ontario at the Coco Cabana at 7:30pm and we will be ending things off with one last show in Toronto, Ontario. Please come out to these shows, if you can and help us end this right.

Please know that we are all still amazing friends and there is no bad blood with any of us, it is just time to move on.

We may have broken up, but the music we made, the friendships we established and memories will never fade and will always be here.

We couldn't have done any of this without our friends, fans and people supporting us, so again, thank you.

Stay tuned for final show information.

We're still in this together.
