Exclusive: Life On The Sideline EP announcement, music video premiere
Since releasing Honesty Is A Dying Breed two years ago, Life On The Sideline has remained active on the road and is now ready to unveil its upcoming EP, Never Settle. To kick things off, we're premiering the music video for the band's new single, "Echo", which tells the sad story of a young girl reminiscing times spent with her deceased partner. While not a pop punk song per se, it's as catchy as one with an infectious chorus that you'll inevitably get stuck in your head. State Champs to Tour Australia this September
State Champs will be travelling to Australia this September for the first time. Band of the Week: Monuments
Due to some issues we won't be running a poll until further notice, but we're happy to crown Monuments our newest in the spotlight! The Perth, Australian group mixes Pop Punk and Hardcore like no other, achieving a much more edgy sound than usual. Following the release of their debut EP, The Only Way We Know, the band recently announced that they'll be flying over to Boston, MA in January to record their debut full-length with Jay Maas (Defeater, Title Fight, Have Heart). Monuments is a Pop Punk / Hardcore band from Perth, Australia. Formed by members of the now defunct band Here We Ghost. They don't really play Easycore, but the music they play is becoming more and more of what I am listening to lately, so I'll probably be posting more stuff of this sound, while also keeping up with those more traditional "Easycore" bands.
